You pick a plan based on how much green you roast in a month, which is a number you already track. Everyone at your roastery can log in at no extra charge; we don’t count seats. The two things that usually catch people out, an annual contract and an automatic bump to a pricier plan during a busy month, don’t happen here. The actual prices are below, and there’s no “contact sales” wall on the plans a small roaster would buy.

What happens on a big month

Say December runs big and you go past your band. Nothing shuts off, and nobody upgrades you to the next plan without asking. We’ll flag it. If the higher volume turns out to be a real trend rather than one good holiday, you move up when it makes sense. We roast too, so we know some months are flat out and some are slow.

The terms, in plain words

Month to month.: Cancel any time, no penalty.
Annual saves two months.: Pay for a year up front and you pay for ten months. It’s the only discount we offer, and it’s the same for every plan.
No setup fee.: Onboarding help is included.
Your data is yours.: Export everything to CSV whenever you want, including after you’ve cancelled.

A few quick ones

How do you count green roasted per month?

By the charge weight logged in your batch records, which is the green that actually went into the drum. It’s not based on what you bought or what you shipped.

What if I only roast wholesale part of the year?

You can downgrade or pause between seasons. Month to month means you’re not locked into the off months.

Is there a free trial?

Not a self-serve one. A lot of software drops you into an empty trial account and leaves you there. Since there are only four of us, we’d rather show it to you running on your own numbers first. So the order is a demo, then a 30-day pilot on your real data before you pay for a month. Someone helps you load it, but what you’re testing is the real thing.

Do I need the profiling stuff to use this?

No. Emberlot doesn’t profile roasts, and it doesn’t need your profiling tool in order to work. The two run side by side without stepping on each other.
